Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions, services, and payments made to Ni vCard (“we”, “our”, “us”), operating in the Sultanate of Oman.

By purchasing or subscribing to our Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Subscription Plans

Ni vCard offers digital services through subscription-based plans. All subscriptions provide immediate access to platform features upon successful payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
Cancellation will stop future renewals.
Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

3. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services

Due to the digital nature of our Service:

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service is activated
Setup fees, customization fees, and add-on services are non-refundable
No refunds are provided for failure to use the Service after purchase

Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment made in error
Technical failure preventing access to the Service for an extended period, verified by our support team

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days, subject to banking procedures.

4. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

No charges apply during the trial period
You may cancel at any time before the trial ends
Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, standard refund rules apply

5. Payment Disputes

Any billing disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date by contacting our support team.

Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension.

6. Changes to Pricing or Plans

Ni vCard reserves the right to:

Modify subscription pricing or plan features
Introduce new plans or discontinue existing ones

Changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal cycle.

7. Governing Law

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
